This comfortable lounge area by the pool, hot-tub, and fitness facilities boasts a TV, bar, and large patio with barbecue and gas fire pits. These facilities are open from sunrise to sunset and are a wonderful way to start or end your day.

The fitness facilities at the Falls are available for use year-round! Fully equipped with both machines and weights, you are able to stay on track with all of your health and fitness goals even while travelling!
Take a dip in this seasonal (May to October) heated outdoor swimming pool. Not much of a swimmer? Relax in the hot-tub or in a comfortable lounge chair with views of the ocean, the city, and the Olympic Mountains.

We've complied a list with photos, details, and distances of our favourites in a hand-made scrapbook in the condo! The Sticky Wicket here boasts a collection of craft beers and a HUGE patio on the upper level - with games and much more and is just across the street!
The world-famous Fairmont Empress hotel is within both viewing and walking distance as it is right across from the Falls! We also hear that the Willow Stream Spa there is worth the trip!
The British Columbia legislature buildings and famous Inner Harbour are less than a 10 minute walk away! The harbour is one of the most beautiful harbours in the world with tons of activities and parliament offers free tours!
